Crooked River Alliance of TimeBanks

Monday, March 25th 2019 6:30 PM — 8:00 PM

Timebank Info/Orientation Meeting

Held in Bumphrey Room (1st floor close to Main St.), Kent Free Library, 312 W. Main St., Kent, 44240

A TimeBank, or a Community Service Exchange (CSE), is a modern system of exchange where members pool their skills, talents and passions and exchange them using TIME as the currency. One hour = one time credit, no matter the service. We bank these credits in our online timebank accounts which is mobile friendly.

Please come learn about this AMAZING community if you want one or all of the following:

*to save money
*to save time
*to find opportunities for no cash
*to feel connected to your community
*to BUILD community
*to create the kind of world you want to live in
*to make a difference
*to eat really good food at a potluck

Hear why over 1400 people have created an account with us- yes, an online account where you can give and receive time credits. One hour = one time credit, no matter the service.

We are one of the most active timebanks in the country and once you give it a try, you will see why.

This is the only meeting we ever require you to attend. We want to tell you a little bit about our history and give you a live tutorial of our awesome software. We need you to stay for the whole thing and if you need childcare help, we can help! Let us know here on this page. Older kids are welcome to join as well.

Joining the timebank is FREE. You will get paid your first time credits for coming to this meeting.

Don't have time? Come and join and RECEIVE....give someone a chance to give! Don't worry, it'll come around. ;)
